Every celebration, portrait, and editorial commission begins with intention. To ensure each client receives a focused, high-touch experience, bookings are secured with a signed agreement and retainer.
Dates are reserved exclusively upon receipt of your booking fee. Because each commission is thoughtfully scheduled and limited to maintain excellence, all booking fees and retainers are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future session if rescheduled within twelve months of the original booking date, subject to availability. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
This structure protects the integrity of the experience while allowing flexibility when life requires adjustment.
